Lincoln is 6! Wow! I think Lincoln has the best birthday, Christmas day. It is always such a nice day. We are all home together, all day, having fun and then that evening we get to party more with a birthday party. The countdown for this birthday started right after my birthday, in July! :>) He requested a snake cake, which we all had fun making and eating. He got a few gifts, which included Legos, a new shovel (since he totally wore the other one out last summer), a lego video game and some clothes. He seemed pretty satisfied with it all, and then they all ran off to play Lego Indiana Jones for the rest of the night.
He loved being the birthday boy. He is excited that he has moved onto two hands. :>) He has learned a lot this past year. He loves kindergarten and the chance to go to the same school as Molli! It's harder to get hugs and kisses, but sometimes he lets his guard down and cuddles up to me. He still loves working and being like his dad. He thinks Molli is the best thing next to cookies. He loves sweat pants. He loves building things and thinking deep thoughts like "How big is dectillion?" and "How big is outer space?" He is a super cute kid. I love him so much and am so grateful that I am his mother. Happy Birthday Lincoln!
